These draft terms describe access to and use of Fís Studio, operated by Straitéis AI Limited (“Straitéis AI”, “we”). They do not replace a signed customer agreement.
Fís Studio is a facilitator's workshop toolkit for collaborative boards, live-response activities, exports, and read-only result sharing. Facilitator accounts are provisioned by Straitéis AI. There is no self-serve signup.
Facilitators sign in via single-use email links; administrators additionally use mandatory two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and authenticator secure and for activity under your account. Participants join workshops without creating an account, through the access mode the facilitator configures (anonymous, or email sign-in via a one-time link).
You agree not to misuse the service, including: uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to breach security or access data you are not authorised to; disrupting the service; or using it to process special-category personal data without an appropriate legal basis. Facilitators are responsible for the lawfulness of content created in their workshops and for providing required notices.
Workshop content remains with the facilitator's organisation. The service stores workshop configuration, contributions, templates, uploads, and results as described in our Privacy notice. A draft DPA does not itself create an accepted data-processing agreement.
Core scoring is deterministic. Fís Studio has no live AI provider or model integration. The
aiGenerated field records question provenance only; it does not mean that AI grades or
interprets an assessment.
Microsoft Planner is an optional integration. It remains dormant unless deployment configuration enables it.
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straitéis AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
