Functional session cookies

fis_sess lasts 7 days for a facilitator session and 12 hours for an administrator session. fis_pt lasts 30 days for a participant workshop session. fis_assess lasts 30 days for verified-email assessment identity. These are service session cookies, not advertising cookies.

Persistent browser preferences

Fís Studio uses persistent localStorage for a facilitator's email-keyed Slide text-size and font defaults, and for participant toolbar and help preferences. Clear Fís Studio site data in your browser, or use its site-data settings, to remove these preferences.

Assessments and progress

Assessment activities record verified-email identity, answers, saved-answer state, completion status, and score data. Their configured notice identifies the controller, purpose, lawful basis, recipients, retention, rights contact, and intended use. Self-directed workshops also store activity-progress records.

Templates, uploads, and sharing

Personal templates store reusable setup. Uploaded images are stored with workshop references and storage metadata. Share links are read-only links to results; treat them as access to the results they expose.

Entertainment quiz leaderboards

For privacy protection, entertainment quiz leaderboards can include indistinguishable synthetic entries. The display does not identify which entries are synthetic. The official completed-human count is separate from the leaderboard list.
